temperature)<\/strong><strong>\u8868\u793a\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u7684\u7ed3\u6e29\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5c01\u88c5\u5185\u90e8\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u88f8\u7247\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002\u7845\u7247\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e00\u822c\u4e3a150\u5ea6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P<\/strong><strong>\u8868\u793a\u529f\u8017\uff0c\u5373\u5728\u6b64\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u4e0a\u6d88\u8017\u6389\u7684\u529f\u7387\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rjc(&nbsp;Junction\u2212to\u2212Case)<\/strong><strong>\u8868\u793a\u7ed3\u58f3\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u963b\uff0c\u5185\u90e8\u7845\u7247\u4e0e\u5c01\u88c5\u5916\u58f3\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u963b\uff0c\u5927\u529f\u7387\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u4e00\u822c\u91c7\u7528\u91d1\u5c5e\u5c01\u88c5\uff0c\u5176\u70ed\u963b\u5c0f\u4e8e\u9676\u74f7\uff0c\u9676\u74f7\u53c8\u5c0f\u4e8e\u5851\u6599\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Rcs(Case-to-Heat sink)<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u5916\u58f3\u4e0e\u6563\u70ed\u5668\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u963b\uff0c\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u5c01\u88c5\u4e0e\u6563\u70ed\u5668\u6e29\u5ea6\u5e76\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8981\u5728\u4e24\u8005\u95f4\u52a0\u57ab\u7247\u6216\u8005\u6d82\u5bfc\u70ed\u7845\u8102\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u51cf\u5c0f\u70ed\u963b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rsa<strong>(Heat sink-to-Ambient)<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\u6563\u70ed\u5668\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u963b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rja(Junction\u2212to\u2212Ambient )<\/strong><strong>\u8868\u793a\u7ed3\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u963b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5f53\u529f\u7387\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u7684\u6563\u70ed\u7247\u8db3\u591f\u5927\u800c\u4e14\u63a5\u89e6\u8db3\u591f\u826f\u597d\u65f6\uff0c\u58f3\u6e29Tc=Ta\uff0c\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\u5916\u58f3\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u95f4\u7684\u70ed\u963bRca=Rcs+Rsa=0\u3002\u6b64\u65f6Ta=Tj-*P(Rjc+Rcs+Rsa)\u6f14\u5316\u6210\u516c\u5f0fTa=Tc=Tj-P*Rjc\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5382\u5bb6\u89c4\u683c\u4e66\u4e00\u822c\u4f1a\u7ed9\u51fa\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u5141\u8bb8\u529f\u8017Pcm\u3001Rjc\u53ca(\u6216) Rja\u7b49\u53c2\u6570\u3002\u4e00\u822cPcm\u662f\u6307\u5728Tc=25\u2103\u6216Ta=25\u2103\u65f6\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5141\u8bb8\u529f\u8017\u3002\u5f53\u4f7f\u7528\u6e29\u5ea6\u5927\u4e8e25\u2103\u65f6\uff0c\u4f1a\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u964d\u989d\u6307\u6807\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4ee5ON\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e3a\u4f8b\u4e09\u7ea7\u7ba12N5551\u4e3e\u4e2a\u5b9e\u4f8b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure P*Rjc\u6709\uff1a25=Tj-1.5*83.3\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u4e2d\u63a8\u51fa\u6700\u5927\u5141\u8bb8\u7ed3\u6e29Tj\u4e3a150\u5ea6\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u82af\u7247\u6700\u5927\u5141\u8bb8\u7ed3\u6e29\u662f\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c2N5551 \u7684\u5141\u8bb8\u58f3\u6e29\u4e0e\u5141\u8bb8\u529f\u8017\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u4e3a\uff1aTc=150-P*83.3\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u5047\u8bbe\u7ba1\u5b50\u7684\u529f\u8017\u4e3a 1W\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u58f3\u6e29 Tc=150-1*83.3=66.7 \u5ea6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u6b64\u7ba1\u5b50 Tc =25\u2103\u65f6\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5141\u8bb8\u529f\u8017\u662f 1.5W\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u58f3\u6e29\u9ad8\u4e8e 25\u2103,\u529f\u7387\u5c31\u8981\u964d\u989d\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" Tc\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u529f\u7387\u964d\u989d\u4e3a 0.012*(Tc-25)\u3002\u5219\u6b64\u65f6\u6700\u5927\u603b\u529f\u8017\u4e3a 1.5-0.012*(Tc-25)\u3002\u628a\u6b64\u65f6\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4ee3\u5165\u516c\u5f0f Tc=Tj- P*Rjc \u5f97\u51fa\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tc=150-(1.5-0.012*(Tc-25))*83.3<\/strong><strong>\uff0c\u516c\u5f0f\u6210\u7acb\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u6ca1\u529e\u6cd5\u6d4b Tj\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6d4b Tc \u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u4f30\u7b97 Tj\u3002\u516c\u5f0f\u53d8\u4e3a\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tj=Tc+P*Rjc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u540c\u6837\u4ee5 2N5551 \u4e3a\u4f8b\u3002\u5047\u8bbe\u5b9e\u9645\u4f7f\u7528\u529f\u7387\u4e3a 1.2W\uff0c\u6d4b\u5f97\u58f3\u6e29\u4e3a 60\u2103\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c Tj=60+1.2*83.3=159.96 \u6b64\u65f6\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d85\u51fa\u4e86\u7ba1\u5b50\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u7ed3\u6e29 150 \u5ea6\u4e86\uff01<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6309\u7167\u964d\u989d 0.012W\/\u2103\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c60\u2103\u65f6\u7684\u964d\u989d\u4e3a(60-25)*0.012=0.42W\uff0c 1.5-0.42=1.08W\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u58f3\u6e29 60\u2103\u65f6\u529f\u7387\u5fc5\u987b\u5c0f\u4e8e 1.08W\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u8d85\u51fa\u6700\u9ad8\u7ed3\u6e29\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5047\u8bbe\u89c4\u683c\u4e66\u6ca1\u6709\u7ed9\u51fa Rjc \u7684\u503c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u6b64\u8ba1\u7b97\uff1aRjc=(Tj-Tc)\/P\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u7ed9\u51fa Tj \u6570\u636e\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4e00\u822c\u7845\u7ba1\u7684 Tj \u6700\u5927\u4e3a 150\u2103\u3002\u540c\u6837\u4ee5 2N5551 \u4e3a\u4f8b\u3002\u77e5\u9053 25 \u5ea6\u65f6\u7684\u529f\u7387\u4e3a 1.5W\uff0c\u5047\u8bbe Tj \u4e3a 150\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4ee3\u5165\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u516c\u5f0f\uff1aRjc=(150-25)\/1.5=83.3 \u2103\/W\uff0c\u6070\u597d\u7b49\u4e8e\u89c4\u683c\u4e66\u7ed9\u51fa\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u70ed\u963b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5982\u679c\u5382\u5bb6\u6ca1\u6709\u7ed9\u51fa25\u2103\u65f6\u7684\u529f\u7387\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u52a0\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u529f\u7387\u52a0\u5230\u4f7f\u5176\u58f3\u6e29\u8fbe\u5230\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u6700\u5927\u58f3\u6e29\u65f6\uff08\u6bd4\u5982\u6c11\u54c1\u7ea7\u7684\u5668\u4ef6\u4e3a70\u2103\uff09\uff0c\u518d\u628a\u6570\u636e\u4ee3\u5165\uff1aRjc=(Tjmax-Tcmax)\/P\u3002\u6709\u7ed9Tj\u6700\u597d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u65f6\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u7845\u7ba1\u7684Tj\u53d6150\u2103\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8fd8\u8981\u4f5c\u4e00\u4e0b\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\u660e\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
